From our first conversation to your first swim, our Prairie Power Team manages every stage in-house with certified professionals who uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship. You gain more than a pool—you gain confidence, clarity, and a lasting outdoor retreat built to endure for decades.
Stage 1: Design & Estimating – Crafting Your Legacy Plan
- Dream Builder:
Your journey begins with our Dream Builder Form, where you share your vision and inspiration. - Discovery Meeting:
In your Design Discovery Meeting at the High Prairie studio, we will explore your lifestyle goals and begin establishing investment planning goals. - Site Analysis:
After you choose a design package, we conduct a comprehensive site analysis to assess drainage, elevation, soil quality, and architectural alignment so your concept and quote include everything necessary to eliminate change orders. - Concept Meeting:
We then present two 3D design concepts during your Concept Review Meeting, complete with ballpark investment ranges. - Final Design and Quote Presentation:
Once a direction is chosen, we refine the design and provide a formal, itemized estimate.
Stage 2: Planning & Mobilization – Precision Before Groundbreak
- Agreement & Retainer:
Signing the agreement secures your build schedule and initiates material procurement. - Selections Meeting:
In your Selections Meeting, you will finalize finishes and materials. - Engineering & Soil Testing:
We begin engineering and permitting, including any required soil testing. Should site conditions require design adjustments, you have flexible options with full transparency. - Surveys & Scheduling:
If not already complete, surveys and mobilization planning occur, with all project details housed in your client portal. - Construction Documents Finalized:
Our team finalizes detailed construction documents, including build plans, dimensions, scope details, and resource allocation. - Permitting Begins:
We manage the permitting process, completing final documentation, submittals, and any required planning meetings.
Stage 3: Active Construction – Next-Level Build
- Demo & Site Prep:
We begin setting up the site for production. Demolition, removal, haul-off, setting up construction zones, erosion control, safety markers, and all related construction prep. - Excavation & Drainage:
We excavate based on approved construction documents and integrate drainage plans into the dig plan. - Shell Construction:
Next, we craft the structural part of the pool. This can sometimes overlap with plumbing. - Plumbing & Electrical:
We install all drainlines, pump systems, equipment, final grounding protocols, and anything else related to hydraulic or electrical use. - Interior Finish & Cover:
If a cover is selected, we’ll complete the interior of the pool structure and install the cover if it’s an auto-cover. - Coping & Decking:
Coping and decking are completed to integrate seamlessly with drainage, electrical plans, and the surrounding master plan for your outdoor area.
Stage 4: Post-Construction & Legacy Care – Lifelong Enjoyment
- Lawncierge Visits:
We return at 30 days and 1 year for proactive Lawncierge check-ins. - Ongoing Care:
Enjoy ongoing care options for fine gardening and pool maintenance. - Legacy Club Access:
