In addition, we include various upgrades in our base price so that you’re not surprised later with a mountain of upcharges. To us, there are only two reasons a client should have an upcharge: 1. The client made a scope or design change 2. There was an unforeseen issue or engineering specification that needed to take place to ensure longevity. Otherwise, our proposals include the drainage, haul-off, coping, and many other details many companies leave out.
